Fayola Douglas is an all-round content producer. She currently spends her time immersed in the world of brand events as a journalist for b2b advertising and marketing title, Campaign, writing news and features on the cutting edge of the experiential sector. After completing an MA in Television Journalism, Fayola worked for broadcasters BBC London and London Live, both on-screen and as a producer, before moving into digital media and magazines. Fayola is passionate about the dynamic that brands can create to enrich experiences and support the cultural sector.

Favourite campaign of 2021 and why?

Clarks Originals collaborating with black-owned, non-gendered accessories brand FanGirl for #InHerShoes. The campaign celebrated black female creatives with a content series centred on the black female gaze. It was uplifting to see the authenticity of the campaign, great films and also know that there were also POC people behind the camera.

Meghan Markle (the Oprah interview)

My nephew turning one. He was born in the pandemic so I missed his birth so this will be a special moment for my family.
