Hayel Wartemberg is the co-founder and Managing Director of Word on the Curb, a 360 insights and creative communications agency specialising in engaging young and diverse audiences. With deep expertise in research and creative strategy, Hayel has been instrumental in helping global brands like Just Eat, Google, and Spotify authentically connect with Gen-Z, Millennial, and minority communities. Under Hayel and his business partner Ndubuisi Uchea’s leadership, Word on the Curb has evolved from a YouTube channel into a leading agency known for its innovative use of insights to drive impactful content production and distribution.

Beyond his work at Word on the Curb, Hayel serves on the Representation in Research MRS Steering Group, where he contributes to advancing diversity and inclusivity in market research. He is also a member of the Steering Committee for the ICS Civic Journey for Young People, helping shape strategies that empower and engage youth in civic processes. In 2024, Hayel was named a Marketing Academy Scholar, recognised for his leadership and contributions to the marketing industry.
