During her time at Weber Shandwick she created #AllMenCan, a coalition and campaign with the common goal that all men can learn and teach others to help end violence against women. While at her previous role at ad agency ENGINE, she launched Amazon Fashion in Europe with the body positive campaign, ‘I Wish I Could Wear’. Her work there included ‘Tap to Give’ – the world’s first charity turnstile that raised funds to provide clean drinking water for those affected by Typhoon Haiyan in 2013.

Janelle’s work has been recognised by Cannes Young Lions, New York Festivals, One Show, Creative Circle and the Campaign Big Awards. She mentors young creatives for The One Club boot camp, BIMA’s Digital Days, PRWeek’s BAME program and at universities across the globe.
