Lejohn works across a number of accounts, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to each client
At Blurred, Lejohn works across a number of accounts, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to each client. Within his role, he has been embedded in both an admin and client-facing capacity – providing extensive research as well as the management of international markets.
Prior to joining Blurred, Lejohn had completed a one-month stint of work experience at FTI Consulting where he worked across two teams – Public Affairs and Digital. Throughout this time, he had been exposed to a myriad of work streams ranging from working with Westminster on housing projects to managing social media accounts during the Heathrow Terminal debacle.
Lejohn was also a part of the Taylor Bennett Foundation Programme, and gained invaluable insight into the world of PR.
Favourite campaign of 2021 and why?
My favourite campaign from 2021 would have to be Epic Games, Astronomical. I could be slightly biased as I’m a massive gamer as well as a fan of Travis Scott, but the idea of having his own mini-concert take place in a game is just mind-blowingly brilliant.
This is an amazing example of, not just further digitisation, but a key theme that has emerged within society over the last couple of years – dispersion. As everything continues to make its way into our homes, this might just be the first small glimpse into the evolution of how we consume music, which is incredibly fascinating.
Person of the year?
Marcus Rashford – the pressure he has placed on politicians to help disadvantaged children over the last year has been admirable. Coming from a poor socio-economic background, his work has really resonated with me, and I’m incredibly pleased it has been noticed (e.g. with his honorary doctorate and recent MBE).
