
Helping governments and leaders deliver impact
Matthew Otubu is the Founder and Convener of Black Politicos, the members’ network for Black policy and public affairs professionals – on a mission to improve the life outcomes of Black people by fixing the broken talent pipeline of Black political staffers and advisers in the UK.
As a seasoned strategist, Matthew has led impactful communications and campaigns for governments, businesses and non-profit organisations in the UK and internationally. He is now an Adviser to the British Foreign Policy Group.
Matthew also serves as Co-Chair of the Impact Committee and as Chair of the Nominations Committee at Mission 44, the global charitable foundation established by Sir Lewis Hamilton to empower young people to overcome social injustice and build a fairer, more inclusive future.
