Rosie Ngugi is the Diversity, Inclusion & Anti-Racism Lead at Greenpeace UK – embedding inclusive practices into environmental campaigning. She advocates for climate justice and is passionate about the vital role that underrepresented voices and communities play in shaping sustainable solutions.

With a background in communications, research and DEI, Rosie combines her professional expertise with her lived experiences to drive impactful change. As part of an award-winning team, she partnered with brands and agencies to generate inclusive insights, build brand strategy, and create more inclusive campaigns and products.

Rosie is inspired by changemakers who are creating equitable and sustainable futures by solving some of society’s biggest challenges. Her work emphasises that true equity cannot exist on a burning planet.
